I had three interviews with this company before receiving a take-home assignment. The first part was with an internal recruiter, and the second and third with senior leads at the company. Overall, my experience was very positive - the people I spoke to were all very personable, and they showed genuine interest in me and my background. I was very excited about this role. Unfortunately, in the middle of the home assignment, I was informed that the hiring process had been put on hold due to external factors.
