I was invited to the last round thanks to a forwarding my cv to friend. I first had a small interview with the human resource recruiter who wanted to know what I wanted to do. Then i had an 1 interview with the manager i was going to work with. It last 1 hour and 3 candidates were on the last round. I got the offer 2 weeks later.
