Assessment Test followed by Dexterity Test followed by Drug Test followed by Federal Grant Paperwork and a follow up phone interview in a day or so. The assessment test had the usual team related situational questions on handling various problems with team members on the production line. The dexterity test consisted of assembling a series of pseudo parts according to an instruction sheet. This simulation was very tedious an lasted almost an hour. I'm really glad I didn't get this job!
