Initial interview was over the phone with Plant Manager and person occupying the role currently. They asked a number of behavioral interview questions and offered time for questions at the end. After advancing to the next round, I was asked to complete two assessments and fill out an online application. Second interview was at the plant with three other individuals that this role would interact with and/or manage. One of the three was via Skype. These individuals also asked a number behavioral interview questions from pre-selected options.
