Entrevista
I interviewed with General Mills a couple of months ago. The process is tedious but worth it. I can't recall if I had a phone interview or not, but my first face-to-face was a month or so (maybe less) after submitting my application. The interview consisted of two current employees who have either: 1) been in the role or 2) are currently in the role. After that, a final interview was held at the HQ. This included meals with current employees, role play (prep prior to this), company tour, interviews, and wrap-up. Despite the long day, the coordinator was very organized and efficient, which made the process easier to go through. Not only that, but everyone is very nice--don't be afraid to ask ANY questions you may have, as little or as big as they may have been, I got lots of insights that helped shape my decision process for this company!

- 2 on 1 for the first interview
1 of them was asking questions and 1 of them was taking notes. Felt pretty intense, they never got back to me and said I would hear back after a week. I then reached out and they responded immediately saying I did not get the job.

Applied online and then interviewed over a zoom call. Straightforward and easy. Two rounds. Some online personality questions as well. Overall a good experience. Different interview lets each round both current employees.
