Applied through a career fair, and was invited to the on-site interview day. Had interviews with many different projects, mostly behavioral. Got an offer about 5 weeks later, after calling to check in.

I was contacted by a recruiter by text, who set up time for interview. The interview was on Skype with a hiring manger who would become my manager. The interview lasted for around 30 minutes and was about the projects on my resume and my past experiences.
