Entrevista
It is really hard to get a interview at this company I applied for any jobs and never got a call back then I finally did. First a recruiter calls and ask you a whole bunch of questions. That's basically the first interview. After that if you pass the phone interview you get invited to a in person interview. I interviewed with 5 ppl one was the director, 2 where managers and2 were future coworkers. They ask one question each and follow question in my answers. Then I was over.

I applied online. Got a call a week later where they briefly interviewed me. They asked me questions such as what is my desired salary for this job. After the phone interview, I was scheduled for an in person interview. An itinerary was emailed to me with the name of the people who is going to interview me that day and how long it would take for each person.
On the day of my interview I met with the recruiter, managing assistant, and director. They were all very professional and answered all the questions that I had for them. Most of the interview questions were behavioral. I prepared myself for the interview the night before so it wasn't difficult for me at the interview since I already knew what to say.
One thing that really ruined the whole interview experience for me was that I applied for an administrative assistant position but I an interview for a department assistant position. During the interview they constantly refer to it as a receptionist position so I brought up the issue on why I was called in a position I never applied for. I thought it might be a different title but the same position, but after talking to the interviewer, that as not the case and that they are two completely different positions. She mentioned that she'll look into it for me on why that has happened. A week later I got an email that they won't be moving forward with my application for the receptionist position, but I had to give them a call to clarify if that was for a different position or the one I interviewed for. I was told that it was the same thing. So if Administrative Assistant, Department assistant, and Receptionist are all the same position, why are they listed as 3 different positions to apply for online. It doesn't make any sense to me that I apply for one position, interviewed for another, and got rejected by a different position. I never got an answer on why that happen but just kind of accept the fact that I didn't get the job...
I wish they were more organized on that part because everything else went pretty well.
