2 day interview with ~10 team leaders. I was interviewing for a senior position in the team and relocating. I specialize in cross functional teams so the interview was with different subject mater experts from engineering, materials, management, etc
I was flown in for an Onsite interview after 2 interviews, The company informed me that they would be paying for hotel and rental car but only payed for hotel after the interviews.

First I spoke with a recruiter about the position and basic benefits information and next steps. Then I had a Teams interview with one of the department managers. Then I was told to wait to hear back. There is like a 5 step process.

The interview started with a phone call from HR. The next step was a phone call with hiring manager that lasted about an hour. Lastly there was an on-site interview with multiple employees from the team. Very typical process
