I had one zoom interview, a take home assignment and a follow-up interview with 2 other people to present my work. I received great feedback during the interviews and then they ghosted me afterward... It feels like they just did the interview to get free ideas for events/workshops and marketing partnerships... seems to be a trend from seeing other interview writeups

The position I applied for (Atlanta) started off as part-time but changed to full time by the time they got around to interviewing me. Which was great, I was looking for a full time position. Did a phone interview and literally never heard a single thing back. It has been two months since my phone interview and dead silence. Come to find out, they’ve reposted the position again as part-time! Don’t know who’s making the employment decisions over there, but it’s a mess. It’s fine if I didn’t get the job, but at least let people know something if they are in the interview process. Seems unprofessional to ghost and then repost the job again. Probably won’t be applying here again.
