There are three interviews in total: one with HR, one with your direct managers, and a third with a full team. I have only done the HR interview thus far. I liked that they contacted me a few days after I submitted my application and set up the interview the next day. The interviewer was polite and straight-forward. I was contacted the next day to schedule the 2nd interview.
