I applied for Big Data DevOps Engineer through a recruitment agency. As the job location was Gurgaon and I was in Pune so they scheduled telephonic interview. First Round was technical round, after the interview, interviewer said that the feedback is positive and will process my profile further. Then post 2-3 days I got a call from recruitment team and they said there will be next round on SKYPE for managerial discussion and HR discussion as well. Second round was scheduled, I was online and waiting for the call, but they didn't call me. After 10 days, they scheduled it again, but rather than calling on Skype, interviewer called me on my mobile and started asking technical questions. It was again a technical discussion for around 50 minutes. After this, interviewer told me that feedback is positive and I will get a call from HR for further process and formalities. But I haven't got any call or mail from the company. I discussed the same with recruitment agency then I got to know that company is not having requirement right now. How can they do like this ? If company do not any requirement then why are you conducting interviews and wasting the time of interviewee, interviewer and recruitment agency as well. Worst experience ever !!
