First round was a video screen, some basic introduction of the company and walking through my resume. Then I received two assessments, some calculations and excel, not difficult. The second roudn was with hiring managers. They asked questions about my skills and my interests and gave a lot of information about the company. The interview process was overall professional and kind.

An HR initial phone screen, a take-home assessment, a team director round, a manager round, and last one was a partner round. The director round felt more like the director googled a bunch of interview questions and went thru his list, some of the questions were really random (like what was your favorite class at school, what would you usually do after work). The manager round was great, they asked me about my excel skills, my background, etc. It felt more like a get-to-know-you conversation. The last round with the partners was definitely more intimidating than the previous rounds. I thought I did well, but I still don't know why they rejected me..

The first round was a short introductory call with the recruiter. The conversation was informal and I just had to walk her through my resume. I then received an automatic reply rejection after this.
