Initial phone screening 1 week after closing date for application. General questions that basically repeated the selection criteria in the job ad. Contacted by company a few days later for a face-to-face meeting the following week. 3 people at the interview, although 1 was late - very casual. Questions about why I wanted to work there, what I knew about the company, how I preferred to learn. Also asked about any previous conflicts with colleagues or supervisors and how I dealt with this, what are my strengths/weaknesses. Then I was shown the main facilities and talked through the steps the position involved.
