I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. To say they are unprofessional is an understatement. I had a successful first interview and received an email notifying me that I would be advancing to the next stage and speaking with a more senior staff member located in the New York office. I selected the time and date (based on his availability) and logged on a bit early with the provided link on the day of. After ten minutes, he had not shown up. I emailed the girl I had been corresponding with and asked her if anything had changed or if there was a need to reschedule, but received no reply. Not wanting to miss the opportunity, I logged back on and waited for ten more minutes. No one showed. I chalked it up to something coming up on their end, and reached out to inquire about rescheduling. I never heard back. Two days later, I received an email from the same coordinator I'd been emailing saying that I did not get the job. A bit confused, I replied asking if there had been a miscommunication because I had essentially been stood up by the director I was supposed to meet with. I did not so much as receive a courtesy email back letting me know the reason as to him being a no-show. Regardless of what the issue was, it was disrespectful, unprofessional, and quite frankly a waste of my time. If they operate like this in the interview stage, I'd say I dodged a pretty big bullet. There are many companies out there that can offer you what you're looking for – I'd avoid this one altogether. RUN from GeistM.

Interview went for almost a half hour. The person seemed really interested. Got the rejection today which bummed me out because this was my 950th rejection email dating back to August. I just do not understand. Everything on my resume and my experience I describe matched what I was looking for and it is another death blow to my self esteem.
