Interview was standard medical position related questions, but the length of time Human Resources took to finalized documents and tests, was far too long. Months to go through the process is too long and I almost didn't take the job because of this.

They asked about my background, why I wanted to work for Geisinger, any interest in career advancement or tuition reimbursement. They asked how I could be a good fit for the position and how I would contribute.

Laid back, extremely nice staff. Seems like a great floor to work at. I didn't get a lot of questions. Unit was clean. Hiring manager and a charge nurse interviewed me. They were the ones who talked mostly. I had to shadow for more than an hour.
