The interview process was professional, easy to schedule, and comprehensive. All of my questions were answered and I received feedback quickly. I would recommend this company to other new nurses.
They asked about my background, why I wanted to work for Geisinger, any interest in career advancement or tuition reimbursement. They asked how I could be a good fit for the position and how I would contribute.

Laid back, extremely nice staff. Seems like a great floor to work at. I didn't get a lot of questions. Unit was clean. Hiring manager and a charge nurse interviewed me. They were the ones who talked mostly. I had to shadow for more than an hour.
