HR reached me on Linkedin. I definitely feel I'm a great fit with all my previous experience. First round call is average asking for behavioral questions. The second round with the manager was ok. Some behavior and some technical. The thing to notice is there were a lot of questions they prepared and they want to answer the exact answer which is not innovative or feel like a startup company. I feel glad I did not get the job tho.
