I applied online an heard back quickly. The whole process took just over a week from first interview to offer, which felt efficient and well organised!
Both interviews were incredibly relaxed and conversational rather than formal. I met four people across the process - the Head of People, COO, Head of Customer Success and a Senior Customer Exec - and each conversation felt open and genuine! Overall, a really positive experience!

I initially sent 6 short (2 min) videos answering questions about how I would address certain scenarios in the role. The final stages were two interviews with the Head of CS and People & Office Manager, and the COO and a member of the CS team. The process was quick and efficient and Gecko were extremely on the ball when it came to feedback and the offer.

Entrevista
The interview contained a virtual questionnaire, which involved filming responses to a set of questions. The 1st interview was with HR & a member of the CS team - this was a chat about my background and company fit. The 2nd Interview with the COO & the Head of CS which involved similar questions and more information relation to experience.
