The interview went pretty well. Applied several weeks prior to getting a call. Interviewer wanted to do a same day interview, but because I was unavailable, ended up scheduling the next day. Had to complete a physical application in person as well as a a background check form prior to meeting with the interviewer. Once completed, the interview began about 5 minutes later. The interviewer was very straight forward and right off the bat started asking typical interview questions. The interview was really more of telling her about yourself to see if you would be a good fit for the job. She laid down how everything would work, and proceeded to have a casual conversation with me above my career goals and work/life balance. She was very nice, I appreciated her honesty and straightforwardness which established trust with her. She was very impressed with my interview and with our conversation, she had several more interviews after mine and said that she would definitely give me a call. She said that I would be a good fit for the job.I believe I am just waiting on the background check now. UPDATE: received a callback today from my interviewer, going over scheduling and previous work history. A couple hours later I received a phone call from HR stating that I was being offered the position and to come in the next day to sign the acceptance letter and background check.
