The interview process is quite lengthy but also not very difficult. It consists of an initial phone call that is somewhat informal along with a long video interview and eventually an academy you must complete.

interview process is Good, lengthy, and they ask typical interview questions. it seems like they really want to find out who you were before you applied (i.e. personal questions, background, etc.)

They ask for a bunch of info that takes a long time to get together. Then I had a video interview with an employee out of their LA office. She asked me if I'd ever been accused of stealing anything from other places I'd worked at. I found her rude. Then I went to a school track and ran a mile. I didn't get an offer. My coworker interviewed here, they gave him an offer, then retracted it.
