The process was very easy. I met with the previous HR rep and all went well. She didn't allow me to ask any questions about the role which initially had me concerned. When I met with the Executive team for the next round, everything seemed very straight forward, however, the Executive team never followed up on the process, even after they said they would be back in touch. I get people are busy but a simple "Hey, we have decided to pursue another candidate" would have been great. It tells me a lot about the organization that they aren't willing to do what they say they will do. Cultural issues.
