Quick and easy. Talked with the Sales Manager at my local showroom a couple times on the phone. Went and checked out their operation and met the staff in person. Then traded a couple emails and phone calls with HR at Corporate HQ - App, ID, background check, etc. I never had a one-on-one interview, no difficult questions to answer, no tests/quizzes. The sales team was really just looking for someone responsible and personable for this position.
