I had an initial phone screen, followed by an onsite interview. Despite performing very well in the interview, I was told I didn't have enough senior level experience, due to a new director coming in and changing the requirements. I feel were very disrespectful of my time, behavior that is becoming depressingly common among employers.

Behavioral interview. Asked about current experience and projects. Not entirely technical but did ask about experience with C/C++ and hardware debugging tools. Asked about experience with RF systems and wireless communication protocols.
