The recruiters are the most unqualified and unprofessional in the industry. They will set up an in person interview. But when you reply with your availability, they will completely ghost you. You will try to call the the recruiter, but they will be scared to answer the phone. These recruiters should not be allowed to work in such a customer service oriented role. Finally, they will then repost the same job and immediately decline you. They reposted the same role multiple times in 2024 and 2025 in account on the incredibly high turnover. This interview process discourages candidates and leaves a bad taste in their mouth.
