Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Gate Gourmet (Londres, Inglaterra) en feb 2012
Entrevista
Initial screening was done with a 45 minute phone interview which asked basic questions on why I was interested in Gate Gourmet, why I had left previous position etc. Asked for lots of examples of of applying Lean Six Sigma skills and general people management, dealing with conflict etc. Interview was very professional, interviewer was considerate and polite throughout giving time to answer questions and explained the process before we began. The process was followed up with a prompt set of emails at regular stages informing me of my application progress and ultimately when and why I was not successful. Didn't get the job but every interaction was a pleasurable experience - a lot of companies could learn a lot from their HR process.
