The first step was to come to the office and take a 12 minute Wonderlic test. A week and a half later, I was called to set up an interview. The interview was neither good or bad. Three people interviewed me and asked me mostly behavioral questions. Following the interview, I had to take a FISAP test. After the test I was told they would get back to me in a few days. I never heard anything back from them.
