Long and tedious for a developmental role. Decent feedback but still they hire 21 year olds fresh out of college but not someone older with some more experience. They were nice and respectful just felt as though I made it so far in the process and they gave me so many compliments just to tell me I’m not ready for a developmental role

3 stages, involving STAR method, hiring manager 2 rounds and sdr boss final round, learn the gartner product well as well as sales process. Very friendly people and an interesting company to start career.
