Process is long, drawn out, and a bit outdated by today's standards... far too many steps. The take home exercise feels like you are offering free consulting or giving them more data to add to their knowledgebase.
All this or a low paying job with a capped annual bonus. You could make quite a bit more joining a company in your field in Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Sales, or Product Management.
Win or lose, do not expect any feedback at the end of the process. It is against their policy. This says a lot about the culture.

Interview process includes multiple steps that mimics exactly the work you will be doing. Best interview process I have ever had, enjoyable too. It was very friendly albeit quite structured.

The interview process is long, first one with an HR representative, next one with your potential manager, different team members and the last one with a presentation and a panel interview.
