The interview had multiple useless rounds with 1/1:30 hrs each and at the end they reject candidates saying need more training. Just waste of time.
Guesstimates and case studies for which they already had fixed answered set in their mind.They don't analyze/listen to ur answers or ur approach.. Just a waste of time!!!

There are 3 rounds - 2 of them technical where the focus is on your analytical skills, 1 HR round where the focus is on behavioural questions and anything missed in the previous two rounds

Great process and help you thought the process. Give you immediate feedback and reasons as to why you may or may not be successful. Lots of study needed though. Overall good experience
