Very interesting process: 4 interviews with 1 phone call, 1 competence interview, and 2 case interviews. The case interviews were in-depth and had a duration of 1,5 hours. The competence interview discussed my cv and past experiences.
Gartner’s intern selection process involves online application screening, an aptitude or technical assessment, followed by one or two interview rounds assessing skills, problem-solving, communication, and cultural fit before extending the final offer.
Three stage interview, all phone screens. Mostly behavioral questions with a few questions regarding technical capabilities, particularly focused on research experience as it relates to the role. I believe there were 4 rounds in total for this position.

very draining, the interviewer seemed disinterested, had too many rounds (we had 4 rounds in a single day). the HR round was very vague, aptitude was difficult for an intern position.
