The interview process is very intense. You have someone from the recruiting team guiding you throughout the process, which consists on 4 interviews: 1 short conversation with HR 1 long interview with HR 1 conversation with someone doing the job 1 panel interview with your manager to be and VP All interviews include role playing and situational questions. You receive feedback after every interview to be able to work on what you need to improve for the following.

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
