After taking the 2nd round of interview with Director, I was never informed about next step. Feedback also was not given HR did not respond after sending multiple emails. Please stop making fool of candidates.

The interview process, comprising four rounds, including an online test, two technical rounds, and one VP round, has taken 28 days to complete. After the VP round, results have not been shared. They asked me to wait for 2 weeks while they explored other candidates as well. I contacted HR after 15 days for a final result, but her reply was that she still hadn't received feedback or an update from the VP. The process started on March 20 with an online test, and the last interview was conducted on April 16. As of April 30, they still hadn't received any feedback on whether to drop the candidature or move forward. Hats off to their hiring process.
