by far the best and most useful process I've been through. Very good preparation from all interviewers, thought through and relevant questions that I had to answer in writing, and overall, the most professional process I could imagine. I enjoyed the process. I felt I could truly show who I am and what I am capable of.

The assessement - very interesting. It had certain elements I haven't had before, but then again, on those there was no right answer, so it learned a lot about myself when the results came out.
Entretiens intéressants et questions qui poussent à réfléchir mais plus aucun suivi passé le 3ème entretien. Tous les entretiens avaient été réalisés en remote. Le premier entretien était un screening classique. Le second beaucoup plus complet avec questions pointues et des cas concrets abordés. Le 3ème rentre dans une projection opérationnelle.

Quelle est votre vision de la valeur ajoutée de Gartner aujourd'hui sur le marché et en tant que dirigeant, pour quelle raison feriez-vous appel à Gartner?
Great and fun and sleepy and looking towards the future. they were knid to me and saw potential in me to grow with their company but i did not believe i could do it but they trained me well
Met with multiple people. There was clearly a system in place because they asked the same questions over and over. Very behavioral. I got a sense that everyone there was nice, but they seemed a bit robotic in their interviewing. I wasn't able to get a sense of the culture or personality of any of the people I'd be working with. Decided not to pursue this opportunity.
