Very long, No respect at all. You invest lots of time and effort with this company, and they don't appreciate. They even reject you and drop your application without telling you or telling you the reason. I waited for 3 weeks and prepared my presentation for the final round as agreed, and never came back to me. They interview 10000 people and don't pick any. I think this is their job to collect feedback from market. I had to find out after 5 weeks of interviews that I was rejected from my friends in the company. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. BTW. the interview is for CMO level, not even account manager. Account manager events is not a hard job specially that all of them achieve minimum 130%. As VP said targets are simple and achievable

LinkedIn Application HR Phone Call HR person came across as sincere and professional. Lot of questions about past work, the general stuff. Then questions about my understanding of Gartner and how I saw myself in the role. Was told it usually takes 2-4 weeks to process. Expectation was set that I would get an initial status update within the week. Now been over 2 weeks. Called and left numerous VM, but no reply. To me, that is seriously unprofessional!!! How hard is it to give a status update, even if it's by email to inform that you aren't progressing. And this is a company that is supposed to be there to give recommendations and critiques companies who can't deliver. I would steer clear of this company if you're looking for a company with high integrity.
