Applied via Linked In Recruiter called me and conducted a screening, mainly for personality and what i was looking for Line manager phone interview (would have been face to face but change of circumstances), recruiter called me to see how i thought it went and what i thought could have been different which i thought was great, never got that experience before where recruiter is involving you. Line manager and +1's manager interview - face to face, similar questions to the telephone interview Job offer

It started off really well. The recruiter was approachable and friendly and the questions overall were typical ones you'd expect. I did feel the recruiter I spoke to was a little unorganised because she didn't send the link to her calendar, I had to chase her after she said she'd send an invite for the next stage etc. and these little things change the overall experience. After having gone through 3 rounds of interviews, they completely ghosted me. I emailed twice to ask when I'd hear back from them as it had been 2-3 weeks but I still didn't hear back so I just assumed I wasn't successful. I think this really affected my perception of the company because it was very positive up until that incident. Had they gotten back to me to tell me the outcome, I would have at least left on a good note.
