I was surprised how efficient the process was, as I have previously been in interview cycles that have dragged on for over 3 months. From the first LinkedIn email to getting the contract was only 6 weeks and mainly because I was in Australia interviewing for a position in UK. 1. Call with recruiter - to understand more about working for Gartner and what the role entails. 2. Phone Interview with Recruiter about skills and a shorter Role Play - Qualification Call 3. Video Interview with second Recruiter, more skill based questions and Role Play 4. Call with an employee in the team to understand role and raise any questions 5. Call with Manager on team - I had the option to choose from Business Development or Account Management and this last call was given to me as an opportunity to speak to someone that has worked both roles and could give me clarity about what to apply for. 6. Panel Interview - Skills and Role play. I believe this is mainly done in person but since I was still away Gartner flew me to Singapore to interview from their Singapore office. It is a very good process where I feel you are given the chance to improve your skills as you go. The feedback you get after each interview is really valuable and gives you a possibility to work on your weaker areas. Recruiter is in contact with you through the full process and once you start work as well. Good Luck!
