Really good interview process because after every step, in the same phone call or face to face, the interviewer will go through feedback on how you did and it's extremely detailed feedback. They really encourage questions as well, so don't hold back.

Entrevista
The first stage was an initial interview with a graduate recruiter who was really kind and professional. He put me through to the second stage and even had a prep call on Teams with me. The second stage was another interview with a sales recruiter, but he was a nightmare. An incredibly unprofessional young man with a messy hair and stained t-shirt swinging on his gaming chair. Made me do some nonsense sales roleplay. Good sales technique is not something you test but train when it's a graduate role.
