First, I had a 45 minute minute phone interview with a recruiter where she mainly asked me behavioural questions. I moved onto the next round where I had an hour video interview. During the video interview, I was asked to do a 10 minute sales role play.
They said they will call me back and I did not hear never again. I was disappointed. They mentioned good salaries in Spain - it looks they maintain the European band.
We had a zoom call to discuss role and experience, although I did not fit the role in their opinion I got al the feedback I could ask for in further conversations over text.

Very intensive, they really grill you using the "STARS method" so make sure you have plenty of examples of prior deals and how you overcame something to win them. Overall a good learning experience but probably a little over the top
