During the recruitment process I had 3 interview.
The 1st was a 30-minute initial screening over the phone. The two discussed questions were "Why sales, Why Gartner". Immediately at the end of the session I received feedback and an invitation to the 2nd rounds.
The 2nd round was a Skype interview with HR. It included traits-based questions and a role play (10 mins). Duration was 1 hour and I received feedback and invitation to the final round at the end of the interview.
The final round was a panel interview conducted over Skype. It was a with an HR representative, an area manager and a VP. It started with a presentation (10 mins) that I prepared in advance on the topic "Why me for sales, Why me for Gartner". This was followed by a traits-based interview and a role-play at the end (10 mins). The total duration was 60 mins. For the final round I received information about the role play 24h in advance and had a chance to prepare. I received an offer within 24h of the final panel.
My experience with Gartner's recruting process was overwhelmingly positive. One receives detailed feedback after each step of the process and guidelines as to what to expect from the next stage. The recruiters really want to see you grow and improve throughout the whole process and implement the received feedback. One learns about Gartner and their products during the recruitment and is expected to actively apply that knowledge in every further stage.
Applying for Gartner is easily one of the best recruiting experiences I have had.

They said they will call me back and I did not hear never again. I was disappointed. They mentioned good salaries in Spain - it looks they maintain the European band.
We had a zoom call to discuss role and experience, although I did not fit the role in their opinion I got al the feedback I could ask for in further conversations over text.

Entrevista
Very intensive, they really grill you using the "STARS method" so make sure you have plenty of examples of prior deals and how you overcame something to win them. Overall a good learning experience but probably a little over the top
