Entrevista
First Step was a 30 min phone interview. Basic questions about your background, goals, company knowledge.
Second Step is a 60 min phone interview with the Hiring Manager. These questions are more behavioral based, answering on your prior experiences, giving examples
Third Step is a webcast with a couple VP's along with a Sales Role Play
Fourth and Final Step is flying out to Fort Myers, doing an all day training and job shadow along
with a final roundtable interview. You leave knowing whether you received an offer or not.
Overall, I do not believe Gartner was a fit for me and I did not like their lack of professionalism. Multiple times they forgot to reach out for the next step of the interview, forgot key information on who interviewed me previously, when they sent out information, etc. Seem very unorganized and unprofessional.

Entrevista
The interview process was composed of five steps.
4 steps were interviews on the phone with recruiters, steps number 3 and 4 including a little sales role-play.
The final step was in person in the Barcelona office with the recruiter that was there since the beginning of the process, a manager and the VP of sales.
Overall, the process was very smooth and I was very well accompanied receiving constructive feedback (very helpful!) from the recruiter between each step.
They really want you to do well and give you all the info you need to succeed.

4 rounds of interviews:
1. Initial phone call & Gartner Introduction
2. Phone call consisting of "Tell me a time when" questions
3. Continuation of stage 2 with more detail and a phone call role play
4. Assessment day with another role play
From my experience the recruitment process overall was excellent.
It was was well organised and they gave candidates tangible feedback on how to improve. The company is big on coaching and likes people who can take advise and continually develop.
If you have done sales before it should be challenging but not too difficult.
Also make sure you apply for other jobs simultaneously as I feel the company took me more seriously when they knew I was applying for multiple roles.
