The interview process was pretty straight forward and the whole team was fact acting and responsive. There were a few phone calls before I was ultimately invited down to Fort Myers for a final on site interview. I had read many of the previous reviews to know what to expect and that was a big help. I read that you would receive thorough feedback throughout the process - I actually didn't get any and took that as a good sign. I felt VERY confident going to Florida and well prepped. I had a mock phone call and then a presentation on myself. I was grilled quite a bit on my current position and the metrics that I was measured upon - which ironically enough, was one of the main reasons I was seeking new employment, where there was more structure and goals. Anyhow, the interview seemed to have gone well and I was told I would have an answer by the following Monday. Monday came and went and I didn't hear anything so I followed up on Tuesday. The recruiter told me that I was not chosen for an offer because of the lack of metrics in my current job. If this was of any concern, I would have thought throughout the previous interviews, this would have been mentioned as a concern.
