The Interview process took about 3 to 4 weeks. I applied through an employee referral and went through about 2 different phone calls with a recruiter. From there I had an in-person interview with two different individuals. From what I thought was an overall positive interview experience I received no word for about two weeks on the status of my interview. Overall, the recruiter was somewhat not helpful in regards to what my role was going to be. I also was very disappointed in how long it took the company to get back to me on my interview.
Several rounds of interview with feedback and coaching provided throughout. Clarity of expectations and feedback provided throughout with the opportunity to develop and improve throughout. Looking for a demonstration of core competencies, star questions and role plays.

Very extensive interview process but worth it in the end! About 4-5 interviews-first the screening interview with the sourcer, then the behavioral interview with the recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager, then a semi-panel interview with the hiring manager and his/her leadership team, and then flown down in person for a half day/ 4 hour in person interview.

Amazing Process!
I was reached out to by an internal Recruiter via LinkedIn for the role of an LQS, and the process was exceptional, working with the recruiters during each stage, with excellent feedback provided within 24 hours of each of the 4 interviews. This is so beneficial as it allows you to work on the negative points before the next interview.
They also give you the traits that they are looking for when hiring, soyou the chance to focus on why your experiences make you the best fit, as opposed to guessing which skills the employer finds most important. This makes the process a much more efficient use of everyone's time, and allows both sides to determine more quickly if the role is a good fit.
