I was picked by a Talent Sourcer who reviewed my credentials and saw that I was a experienced fit for Gartener. I was told during my first phone interview to keep to the Star method. I moved forward to the second and 3rd round interviews. They were both casual and thoroughly in their questions. You have to be ready provide detailed work examples of what you have done in your past. It was a bit odd after the 2nd interview that one of the hiring managers asked in a causual way I was asked what is your motivation? Not specific and very general, very hard to apply the star method to a value question.
3 to 4 rounds. which included sales pitches as well in 2 rounds with the the TAs. Common sales questions will be asked, you just have to follow the STAR method to get the answers clear.

It was a great process for me. There were 3 rounds of interviews and each round came with a pleasant experience. Each person I met with was great! I would highly recommend.
