The first contact was using LinkedIn. All the interview process was in English, even if the position was in Spain. I had one screening meeting with the recruiter of about 1 hour, and the 3 face to face meetings with the hiring manager and some other positions in the company. The last meeting was called a panel that consists of a role play and also a presentation of Why me?
The most important thing is to show sales DNA and what really surprise me is that is not a problem to chase them During the process. They expect you to do so because for them this is a sales process for yourself.
