Three step interview process. First is a basic phone screening, then an online technical interview, and then an on-site interview. At the technical interview they will quiz your knowledge on specific topics.

Career fair interview on campus. Interviewer was polite, general discussion of resume and was asked expound on a few points or describe in more detail my professional experience. Transitioned into pen/paper technical interview.

30 min phone screen, then 1hr technical interview, then 3.5 hours on-site interview. It's your typical interview: they start by talking about your resume and projects, then put your technical skills to the test, and finally open it up for you to ask questions.
