Had three rounds of interviews, a phone screen, a technical interview, and the final being on site. I let them know that I had received another offer at the end of the technical interview but that Garmin was my priority and I would like to continue interviewing with them if possible. They scheduled the final interview quickly and I let them know when I would have to hear back by before being forced to accept the other offer. Had the final interview, went fairly well, sent a thank you note, and then never heard from them again. Disrespectful of my time and efforts to not even bother sending a rejection email after inviting me to interview with team members at their facility.

You first speak to hr, talk about your resume and experience, normal stuff. The technical started off with basic hr questions and a bit about your resume and experience. Then began to ask basic OOP concepts like Polymorphism, got asked whats difference between pass by reference and pass by value, stuff like that. Then a few coding questions in python.
