I just had an interview with a recruiter. Surprisingly there was no single behavioral question. But overall it went very well. I expected an offer but I didn't get hired.

Interviewed for the position with Garmin for the Cary Location. Recruiter phone screening was easy and went well, so was moved onto second round interview with hiring manager/lead team. Nothing seemed out of ordinary and the basis of the interview was to get to know one another. Only thing of note was that I received an email about requesting college transcripts. I asked recruiter about it since this is the first job to ask, who said they don’t use transcripts unless someone is less than 5 years out of college.
