Started with basic behavioral phone interview with a recruiter. After that was a technical interview with a hiring manager where you go over basics of OS and coding (pointers + double pointers). Looked at a snippet of code and logic'd through it fixing some syntax errors. After that was a technical interview with the team lead I would be working for. This was much more in depth of OS and coding where you work write your own. As well as more behavioral questions and why you want to work for Garmin. Straight after that was a quick rundown with the recruiter about benefits and what to follow up with if you get an offer.

Pregunta 1
Explain pointers and when you could user a double pointer.
Follow exponential drawing code. (Error with semi-colon after the for loop. And reason through it.
What is a mutex and semaphore. How are they used.
Basic buffer operations in OS. How to handle deadlock and context switch.
Coding question on the use of pointers and passing by reference (* and &) using a class. Class c1, *c2, &c3.
Coding question about parsing through Cstring in C. Turn a string into an integer and output it based on test cases.
5 months of back and forth, very poor communication, and easy interview questions only to be told I needed to fly out to kansas in a few days time. Went out there for an in person interview, was ghosted, and then rejected with no reason.

1st interview with HR, asked about what do i know about company, why i want to work here and all general questions. Said that it will be one technical task to do and second round will be at the office with managers.

Entrevista
The interview consisted of 3 rounds, with the final round being an on-site interview.
Started with a basic phone screen, why Garmin, about myself, etc. The interview was easy and lasted approximately 30 minutes.
The second interview was a Teams call with Coderpad. Spent the majority of the interview reviewing my resume, technical skills, and then answering technical questions related to the position (e.g., how would you describe paging in OS).
The final round consisted of 4 interviews over the course of 6 hours on-site at their facilities. These were similar interviews with multiple teams, but different Leetcode-style questions. Consisted of going over my background, resume, technical work, and then Coderpad.
The total time was approximately a month, from receiving the phone screen to the on-site interview. Took about a week after the final interview to hear back.
