Started with a thirty minute screening call where I was asked general questions about myself along with some questions about my experiences.
Then was asked to participate in a one hour video call technical interview. This interview started with asking questions about my experiences and some of my previous projects, moved to some technical knowledge questions related to the job to finally working on an online code editor to answer some problems (2 actual programming challenges and 1 logic puzzle). Process itself was overall easy however I found the coding part of the interview to be particularly challenging considering the interviewer was watching me code in real time and had problems completely wrapping my head around the last two challenges.

A general question that asked about some of the specific components and functions that is used in microcontrollers
Q: What is a mutex and semaphore?
Q: Write a function that goes through an array and finds the maximum number and minimum number and multiplies them together
Q: Write a function that takes an integer and finds the result when you multiply each individual digit of the integer together.
Q: If I have three jars that are mislabeled with one jar labeled with containing apples, another labeled with containing oranges and the other labeled containing a mix of apples and oranges, what is the minimum number of fruit you need to remove to determine the right label for each jar?
5 months of back and forth, very poor communication, and easy interview questions only to be told I needed to fly out to kansas in a few days time. Went out there for an in person interview, was ghosted, and then rejected with no reason.

Entrevista
1st interview with HR, asked about what do i know about company, why i want to work here and all general questions. Said that it will be one technical task to do and second round will be at the office with managers.

Entrevista
The interview consisted of 3 rounds, with the final round being an on-site interview.
Started with a basic phone screen, why Garmin, about myself, etc. The interview was easy and lasted approximately 30 minutes.
The second interview was a Teams call with Coderpad. Spent the majority of the interview reviewing my resume, technical skills, and then answering technical questions related to the position (e.g., how would you describe paging in OS).
The final round consisted of 4 interviews over the course of 6 hours on-site at their facilities. These were similar interviews with multiple teams, but different Leetcode-style questions. Consisted of going over my background, resume, technical work, and then Coderpad.
The total time was approximately a month, from receiving the phone screen to the on-site interview. Took about a week after the final interview to hear back.
