The question asks to describe the interview process: Well, first off, there wasn't one. I was Ghosted! I had two separate calendar invites sent to me and on both, the recruiter NEVER CALLED! I left both a voicemail and an email for the recruiter, with no returned response! No next steps, no calls, no emails. Just dead silence in response to my follow-ups. This is such an unprofessional organization, especially for what this organization does and say’s a lot about their recruiting process and the poor quality of recruiters they have doing the recruiting/hiring which apparently isn’t a priority to fill with qualified individuals.
